Board of Directors
IDEA is managed by a board of 8 members. The board reflects the centre’s broadness and the interdisciplinary scope. The board meets approximately four times a year. Formally, the board is advisory in relation to SDU’s management that makes the final decisions regarding budget and action plans.

Advisory Board
IDEA is advised by an Advisory Board of around 25 people, consisting primarily of business leaders and growth entrepreneurs, including SDU alumni. In the business panel there are also representatives from Region South and institutions promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, such as Væksthus Syddanmark, Connect Denmark, Venture Cup, Syddansk Teknologisk Innovation and Vækstfonden. In addition, the Advisory Board consists of representatives from the region’s other institutions of higher education. At least two annual meetings are held.
