The premise for this course is that the everyday life for managers and entrepreneurs is characterized by uncertainty, instability and uniqueness. The purpose of this course is to develop the student´s ability to act knowledgeably, effectively, deliberately, strategically, and reflectively in such situations.

This competence is developed through a collection of theoretical knowledge in other courses with practical knowledge gained from informal learning gained in an internship.

The focus in this course is on integrating the informal experiences gained from the internship with theoretical knowledge.
